Hi,

My name is Claire, I am an experienced Slimming World Consultant and I run a Group on Thursday evenings between 7pm & 8.45pm at the Grove Junior School in Nailsea, North Somerset, UK.

It is a warm and friendly group, that has achieved magnificent weight losses since I launched it on April 22nd 2010.

We currently (Aug 2010) have:

2 members that have exceeded a two stone weight loss.

3 target members.

Another fantastic achievement is the Club 10 Award.

This is achieved when a member loses ten percent of their starting body weight - this has a host of health benefits associated with it - and we have an amazing 12 members that have gained this award since the group began.

The magic of Slimming World in my eyes, is that it is a

healthy eating program for life !

rather than some faddy diet of shakes, protein only etc. We also encourage gentle exercise - Body Magic, as part of the program.

There are now 3 healthy eating plans to choose from:

the original ‘Red’ plan.

the ‘Green’ plan.

and the new ‘Extra Easy’ plan.
